HSU finally get a Buff and a rework

The trainer job will def help us get faster and more trainings since it does take awhile from EZ to LCZ

7101 just needs to be viable - Never used - Like EVER

The reason for Coltable giving E4 that much HP is because we are facing 3 MTF branches inside of the facility now

It's not an HSU buff, we're merging both of our fireteams into one job, Mark II is supposed to be a limited new job given to only a handful of people. Despite that E4 still gonna be in a better position in terms of Hp/Armor and arguably weapons depending on how the balancing is handled.

Besides that, the Mark I HSU has a total of 450 Hp/Armor while CI heavy a BRONZE job is sitting at 275/200 which is still more, none of the HP/Armor buffs we're giving to our jobs outweigh CI in any way, so I'd recommend comparing jobs first and then commenting.

Comparing Donator jobs alone Goliath is still weaker than CI Heavy, I don't want to bring up every possible comparision, but there's that.

I understand your view on the HSU HP buff but one thing I would like to add is that this job is a 2 slot job that is unlocked by default by the heads of HSU, as for other people they have to be hand picked so this job will be a very limited to who has it. We are also decreasing the armor by 25 and moving it to HP. For the Halo weapons, I have tested them and they are on par with the current weapons on the server. Just want to chime in here that you may be fighting more MTF branches, but the numbers are now spread between 3 branches. You're not fighting that many more combatives really.

You could refer to my response to Alexx partially and then...

Back when omi9 was a thing and CI had overwhelming numbers there's been complaints with the reason being CI were weaker on an individual level, therefore being buffed as a result. So It'd be pretty much ironic to refuse Nu7 to do the same, besides existence of D5 alone doesn't raise population of the server, someone who already played combatant will remain playing combatant, while other number of people joining is negligent.

I'm also surprised about the 7101 complaint now that CI has 7598 on their side and already had Dolos capable of oneshotting 7101 and completely denying It's viability whenever someone has it.

I don't feel like this was made to boost activity but more to counter the buffs to e4 (more to ci entirely).

+Support for Trainee job and weapon rework(as long as they aren't op op).

-Support HSU hp and armor buff could be tuned down by 25.

-Support to 7101 basically becoming mech hp. Our mech can't get resets due to complaints and also has no such thing as 15 min nlr but we gotta raid everytime for it.

Feel like there is other ways to make people play on 7101 other than buffing the shit out of it.

The reasoning the job is getting an increase in slots is because we are merging the two jobs, we are turning the shadow unit into a main HSU job that both apex and shadow will both use instead of having separate jobs and we are turning the apex job into a senior version of HSU that will be stronger then the original but also very limited to who will have access to it. Everyone that has the apex WL will have it removed and given the Mark I WL and will have to reacquired the Mark 2 WL through proving themselves worthy and being hand picked for it. 

The buff for the HP and armor on some of the jobs are to help balance MTF since MTF not only has to fight CI but also SCPs and the constant rioting D-Class. Regarding 7101, in order to obtain 7101 you have to be hand picked by HCMD and in order to flag on the job there must be 75+ players on the server and 12+ CI combatants, once those requirements are met then 7101 must have an escort to go around the facility and if its a code Yellow/Blue then 7101 has to follow non-combatant rules of engagement meaning she can only attack if attacked first. At the moment 7101 is a very weak job considering Dolos can one shot it since 7101 doesn't have thermals and Dolos can kill while invisible, since 7101 is such a weak job no one wants to play it and is a dead job at them moment.
