MOTD Update

• 68. There is a 2 minute cool down in between attacking security officers after death.

• 69. You are not allowed to prop or player climb out of the brig.

• 70. You must advert "Prison Break" when attempting to break out of prison.

• 71. You are to remain at the brig at all times unless being escorted by security forces or has successfully broken out with /advert.
