From my entire time I have been apart of scp-rp I have known gam3. Not personally but from a player/staff side. He would be a major minge and would just keep on minging. 

To whoever is going to accept/deny this I feel they should take all the - supports into account. 

I feel he is majorily unfit to be in the community.

From my thoughts, I don't know you very much. But you hopped into a TS channel I was in with an alt a few times and talked about your RDM x97 alot, asking if I remembered you. And then you told me that you added me on something that I forgot (probably Minging Team or something) and then told me I was removed from it because I was STAFF now on the server. I don't care about it but comments like that gives me vibes that you do make troublesome events in the server.

In my personal opinion (which is filled with bias and hope), I say let him keep the perma ban. Maybe in a year or so, if Gam3 still wants to try and rejoin again, maybe a (essentially) different community will accept an appeal of his. 

Though, I wouldn't be against a community blacklist, if SMT sees fit. 

You know what Twix, I honestly see this reasonable to other smt standards. I've actually been playing the DarkRP seriously, I have no warns. Honestly, prolly one of the least biased people here, even I'm biased toward my side, I'll admit that. I just want to say everyone, sometimes I do things that I don't have reasons for. We all do, however I do not believe that just because we all do stupid shit is a good enough reason to unban me. I'm just saying that no matter what happens, I'm not gonna go minge on other gl servers. Also, to anyone who think's I'm using a VPN on ts, I'm not. The staff can see my teamspeak ID, they know I'm not alting.

I must say that lately GAM3 has been somewhat minge with his actions such as nuking and other things, I think he should be given the last chance, I know a few people who in his past were somewhat toxic with a lot of warns which I will not say their names, they have changed both for not being banned completely from the server and also because they have changed. I met GAM3 a year or so ago, I won't say I was very close to him, but in general I never had a bad experience with him in that time.

Considering who you are and how the community looks at you, I'm not surprised you got banned for saying that. Sure, it may not be a "death threat", but it's still a permabannable offence to tell someone that they deserve to die. Whether your tone is sarcastic or not, you're speaking over comms and not in-person, so you can't expect people to take that sarcasm face first. I'll let Hoovy say his peace and see what the community has to say first... As for Sprink, I will personally speak with him about this. 

-Support for above reason, you Nuked the entire server and for a Perma Ban for RDM times 97 and expect us to let you back on the entire server. Surprised you didn't get a community blacklist for attempting to crash the server at this point with all the people on when you nuked it.

GAM3 has caused countless issues among the community and has made countless claims of how they plan on getting Community Blacklisted or wreaking havoc on the server. This isn't the first time GAM3 has been a major issue with the community.
In order to prove a form of change has been made, I think more time needs to be waited.
