I am applying for the opened up 501st Vice Commander position. 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I would like to be Vice Commander of this branch due to my primary activity on 501st. At the moment I try to do what I can to keep the battalion healthy, happy, and functional. Becoming a Vice Commander to me means I have a chance to prove myself to my superiors and assist is more ways than I could have before. I feel as if when I joined 501sta few months back, it was in a tough spot. But now it is thriving and full of life! I only wish to keep 501st this way. As of now I am a LTCOL. The last Vice Commander spot I did not apply for due to how new I was in 501st command, but now I believe I am ready to assist upholding 501st. It being encouraged, I do want to move up and explore options. 501st is a great battalion and I feel if I am granted the position, it would expand my options further in the future. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a a branches command is to ensure said branch is running fully functional and is receiving as much attention as it needs. It is common in real life that officers are practically supervisors, while enlisted run the show and keep everything lively. But as far as what I see within the battalion I am in, nobody does just one thing. Everyone has the potential of holding tryouts, sims, etc. Command members should be able to make the best of decisions for their battalion. A commander must be able to dictate confidently and with the best decisions to keep the battalion strong and standing. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I feel as if I could be trusted to be the next vice commander due to my dedication and input to the 501st battalion. I try my hardest to keep activity flowing through this battalion. I ping the chat often enough and host many trainings and exercises that contain rewards and prizes to keep people intrigued. The last vice commander spot that was open, I was new to command. But after getting my feet wet in what its like to be command, I believe I am ready and capable of being tasked with the vice commander position. Being granted as many responsibilities I have been given, I feel as if I can be trusted to assist in leading this amazing battalion. When dealing with 501st in general, I feel as if everyone in the battalion is family. I have had a few occasions people needed someone to talk to, and I had been more than happy to aid them in their struggles. I only wish for the battalion to keep thriving like it has for the past few months. 7. How often can you be Online? : As it stands, I am online almost every morning and night. I currently work 4:30-10pm EST every weekday. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I currently have 1 warn, being a misunderstanding with a new comer.
