(150 Word Minimum) So here I go again, so why do I belive I deserve to be a Trial Moderator? I belive I´ve matured quite a bit over the summer holidays and I think when I was staff on the server, I was a bit to immature and I didn´t quite know the consequences I would have if I made jokes that I shouldn´t be making. I have regreted my mistake very much and I´d love to join back and help the staff team to the best of my knowledge. I haven´t been warned since may and because of that I belive I know the rules very well. I also have a very good knowledge of diffrent languages, such as German, Ukranian, a bit of Russian and of course English. I belive with that I can help the staff team a lot. If for example we have somebody who can´t speak English and they speak one of the languages I speak, it can be much easier explaning to the person why they got brought and if they are getting warned or banned why it´s deemed necessary. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? The first thing I´d do is bring the person who is reporting the MassRDMer and ask for their side of the story. After they tell me their side of the story I´d ask for any proof and check it out if they have it. After that I´d bring the MassRDMer and ask for his side of the story. If they keep on cursing at me, I´d gag them and freeze them if they were trying to run away. After that I´d get a higher staff member to warn them and if necessary ask the higher up if we should ban the MassRDMer. If there isn´t a higher ranking staff member on I´d warn them and put a Ban request on the forums if necessary. PS: I´m so sorry but I forgot to add a poll.
