Havoc Company Battalion Update Part 1 [Accepted] [In Progress] [Completed]

Multiple suggestions for Havoc listed below.
Battalion Name: Havoc Company

Job/Class Name: Havoc Officer

-Weapon Kit: F-187 Fusion Cutter, E-11T, DLT-19, Thermal Detonator, Detonator, DC-15SE

- Current loadout: Fortifications Tablet, Cross Arms, Wrench, Heavy Shield, Binoculars

- Add: T-21
- Add: T-21B
- Remove: DLT-19
- Remove: DC-15SE

Reason for change (do you think that said weapons is suitable for the job and is fair considering current loadouts of other battalions?): 
I believe the above changes are a better kit for the Havoc Officer class. The DC-15SE is a very weak and disliked weapon within Havoc. With the additions of the T-21 and T-21B, you add a Heavy Repeating Blaster that fits Havoc well and a Heavy Repeating Marksman rifle, that can act as a sort of attachment swap. This kit change adds a more diverse loadout to the Havoc Officer in order to better lead their troopers as well as be more of a presence on the battlefield.

Reason for health/armor changes:

Havoc Jobs as a whole, I believe, are underwhelming as far as parts of their kit and base HP. For a battalion that defends one of the most crucial areas of the ISD, they have some of the lowest base HP/Armor. With some slight changes to HP/Armor and weapon kits, they can defend EC or wherever they are stationed to a more full extent.

Do you believe these changes are fair to the battalion/job role it is responsible for and will benefit the server, if so, why?:

Havoc Officer: Yes, Havoc Officer is tasked with leading Havoc Troopers and I believe these changes will strengthen the role and leadership ability of the class. Additionally, this change will give the Officers a bit more strength when fighting any threat that comes their way.
Havoc Vice Commander: Yes, refer to reason for health/armor changes below.
Havoc Commander: Yes, refer to reason for health/armor changes below.

Job/Class Name: Havoc Vice Commander

 

Health:
- Current: 450
- New: 500 or 550

Armor: 
- Current: 100
- New: 200 or 150

Reason for health/armor changes:
Havoc EOD and Havoc Vice Commander share the same HP while EOD has more armor. I believe the command job of any battalion should have the most HP/Armor out of any of the battalion jobs. This small buff to HP/Armor should give the Havoc Vice Commander team a bit more durability on the ISD and in battle.

- New: 550 or 600

Armor: 
- Current: 100
- New: 200 or 150

Reason for health/armor changes: 
I believe the command job of any battalion should have the most HP/Armor out of any of the battalion jobs. This small buff to HP/Armor should give the Havoc Commander a bit more durability on the ISD and in battle.

Would help Havoc immensely with the defense of EC
dealing with groups of minges when they get on because our trooper job 
would make our officer job uniqe and replace a old and outdated weapon
That and just ease of life for havoc entirely because a lot of the time we lose in lose fights

Makes sense for Havoc to use heavier weapons (T-21 and T21B) and more health fits well since they deal with explosives, bombs and are part of the main defense at EC.

+support for all and any reasons listed above, along with the fact that Havoc really could do with some freshening up. Struggles to get new players because there's not really anything that Havoc Officers can convince Stormtroopers is worth their while (as Havoc is underpowered). Along with this, all choices made within this suggestion fit Havoc and make sense RP and OOC wise.
