Mazgrid's Government Supervisor Suggestion - Denied

Hello, This is something I thought of a moment ago, and is pretty crude, and could be fine-tuned with some thought process.

For PD, and any department- what would you guys think if we gave Supervisors (especially PD) the ability to "formally report" enlisted officers, for either good or bad conduct. It would be no different than when you go take your driver's license test, and you are evaluated on your actions. This would ensure officers who actually value their times as government will behave and act accordingly, and it will help us weed out the "bad apples" that Command doesn't always see, due to LT+ not always being on PD. I am a decently active Supervisor, but I don't feel like I'm a supervisor. I just feel like I'm an officer with the title of "sergeant". There should be more of a leadership/guidance role with SGT-SM.

 

A quick format (that needs some work, yeesh!) is as follows:

Conduct Type: [EX: Good -- Respectful, Obedient, Professional, Shows Leadership] [EX: Bad -- Rude, Disrespectful towards Criminals and Gov, Mingy, FAILRP x1]
