7. Why do you believe you should become a Medical Command member (100+ words)?

There are a couple of reasons why I believe I should become command and here’s why. I put my entire focus on the medical job. I’m not the biggest fan of other branches so I’m always in the medical role and I have always done my best to help the Medical Branch where it's training new people or helping out medical staff with questions. Although I do understand that I lack in the log side of medical, what I lack in logs I make up for in roleplay. Whenever I’m on, I always do my best to add roleplay details to my daily routine. Whether it's weekly blood drives, setting up medbay stations, etc, I do my best to get others included in Medical Roleplay and create a fun environment with everyone. I do my best to get new medical trainees whenever I’m on and always offer my assistance to any medical personnel who needs it. Overall, I always bring 110% to the game and would love to show everyone my potential.

[The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.]

8-1. You have found a Resident in HCZ, what do you do?

First things first, I would figure out the story of why the Resident was in HCZ. It is always important to make sure you understand why he was there. If the Resident is completely oblivious then action is required/punishment. Although, sometimes Residents are genuinely confused. If this were the case, I wouldn’t give a punishment. Instead of teaching by punishing, I would simply retrain/refresh their memory by showing them in the SOP the guidelines of going to HCZ. I would never want to discourage any player from Medical if they were simply confused.

8-2. There is a Medic requesting to be trained for Field Work, how would you train them?

I would simply get on the trainer job and proceed like so. First, it’s important for them to have a good understanding of LCZ so if they aren’t, I would do another tour of LCZ and help them understand it. After that, show them where they will be working most of their shift in the medical bunks at d block. After that, I would take them back to Medical Bunks and provide them with the Field Medic/Work SOP. After they have read the Field Medic/Work SOP I would give them a small quiz of what the SOP was on. The test would contain 3-5 questions all ranging from simple to intermediate. If they do get some wrong I would give them chances to reanswer them and help them by showing them in the SOP. After that, I would give them the whitelist to Field Medic and congratulate them.

8-3. You see an Exp Medic shooting D-Class in D-Block, what do you do?

First things first, always figure out the story to the reason what he was doing. I would ask why he shot him and if they reply with self-defense/ the d class was harming me/ fellow noncombatants medics then I would support this Exp Medic. If this Medic doesn’t have a proper reason for why he was shooting d class then action is required/punishment/warn. I would after guide them to the SOP and tell him as a Medic you are a noncombatant and cannot shoot d class unless it is self-defense.

Whenever I'm on I always see good o'le baeto on, as well some others. But he seems to take charge fairly well if others are on and his RP seems second to none (besides my RP of course). Can't wait to see some more quality command in medical!

There are gods in Alabama: Jack Daniel's, high school quarterbacks, trucks, big tits, and also Jesus.
