(150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve Super Admin for a number of reasons. I have been on this server for almost a year now and I have been getting on the server when I can and putting my heart into the server. I love this server. I would never disrespect anyone or break any rules. I have shown leadership and really active. I deserve Super Admin because I am active, kind, and show leadership. First, I am extremely active. I get onto the server whenever I can. I always try to hit my 20 sits each week and also help other staff. I always try to AFK overnight to try to help out the server. I also am in the event team, forum diplomat and support. I try to do 2 events per week and also help out in the team speak, forums, and in discord. I always try to make all the meetings every week. Also I read the rules every day and help new players with the rules and give the command for the rules. Second, I am very kind to all players. I am never going to disrespect anyone on this server or any other servers. I never try to lose my temper during a sit. Whenever a player breaks a rule I would bring them to a roof and talk to them calmly and not yell. I also don’t yell at other staff. Whenever another staff needs help I will help them with whatever they need and not be mean about it. When I am in a sit, I will never argue with other staff then either. When players break rules, I try to jail them first and then if they keep on breaking rules I would warn them, and then maybe ban them depending on what they did. Third, I show leadership. When on the server I do not break rules or minge. I act professional. I also show leadership in SWAT, in SWAT I have worked my way up to CoCommander. I have dealt with reports on people in SWAT. Which can help me take reports in Staff and send them to a higher up if needed. I can look after staff and make sure there is a staff on at all times. I try to set a role model for the newer staff. Also I have helped in staff interviews and also training staff. All in all, this is why I deserve Super Admin. I have been extremely active. First, I try to get on day and night and get my 20 sits per week. Second, I am very kind to all players, on and off staff. Third, I show leadership. I always try to help other staff whenever I can. These are the reasons why I deserve Super Admin. Thank you, John Newsom How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? The first thing I would do is I would jailtp them on a roof. Next I would try to calm them down and if they don't I would mute them. I would explain what's happening and then check logs. If they did MRDM then I would warn them for MRDM and staff diss because they just kept cursing at me. Lastly, I would ban them for 5 days. These questions are only for people applying for Admin/Senior Admin/Super Admin: -What would you do if you think a player is an alt account? If I think a player is on an alt account then I would not make contact with them at all. If they said something about being on an alt, then I would get evidence of this. Then I would go to SMT. If they're not in game, then I would speak to them in discord about it. Then they can do what they think is necessary. -What would you do if a player is threatening to chargeback? If a player is threatening to chargeback I would first get evidence of this. It could be a clip or a screen shot depending if they used a mic or text chat. Then I would go to JMT if they're in the game but if not I would talk to them over discord. -A family is mass minging and causing issues, how would you stop the family from minging? If a family is minging and causing issues then I would try to talk to the family member that is causing issues one on one. But if I have to I would bring the family to a place where there are no players rping. I would tell them to stop but if not I would talk to an admin+ about the punishment that should be given out. -How would you deal with a situation you don't know what to/don't know the answer to? (Don't answer with "I know everything!") If I don't know an answer to a situation then I would ask the question in admin chat. If no one respawns then I would follow the CoC until I get my answer.
