STEAM_0:1:59351617): STEAM_0:1:235498981 - What is your current rank?: Sergeant Major - How much time do you currently have on the server?: 5 days - How long have you been in the 501st?: Since 6/1/21 - What do you bring to the table as a 501st?: Ever since I came back from my long break i've been trying to recruit more people into the 501st and have tried my best to lead the 501st when no one who is higher ranking than me is on. - Why do you want to become an Officer?: My ambition since I joined the 501st was to become an officer and help other officers do their tasks and help lead the troopers because in the past I have led the troopers during missions and have gotten good reception from said troopers. - What is the purpose/duty of an Officer?: I believe a 501st Officer should help lead and assist troopers while making sure the minging levels are not too high and that the troopers are following the rules of the 501st. Gustav Posted August 27, 2021 Share Posted August 27, 2021 -Support - Short playtime +- Is SGM but application still seem rushed - Haven’t experienced you leading so much (but ofcourse this is one of the most difficult things i believe, with so many officers and our active 501st command. - I feel that you are missing some of the key things Officers have to do/ensure. Its not only to report minges to higherups* its also to help/assist enlisted/NCOs and focus more on sims/trainning sessons. You are a great and friendly guy, i just dont think you are ready yet.
