On private property you need permission from owner to legally discharge on their property. What are the advantages of having this? - MOTD states weapons classes on guns but since crates came out and smoke and flashbangs are available to civilians, there needs to be rule in MOTD defining legality of them. You may own one. However, flash bangs, although technically non lethal, are considered destructive devices by US law. As such, you would have to pay a 200 dollar tax stamp and go through the process of owning a destructive device for every single grenade. that are legal to use in North Carolina include sparklers, snakes or worms, smoke bombs, fountains and noisemakers like poppers.
