What do you want to see?: Main Spawn Battalion Information Signs to be updated

Why should we add it?: Outdated information (Especially something that is being shown to immediate new players)

What are the advantages of having this?: New players have a better understanding of the available battalions and their rank structures

Who is it mainly for?: ANY (New and old) players who are reading the starting signs.

SUGGESTION: This image's main issue is that the battalion list is missing the Nova Troopers. Perhaps more appropriate colors for each battalion would be nice and divided into Naval, Army, and Inquisitorious battalions (Just a preference).
