Here is the context behind these videos
Scene 1 Raid 1 (Rules Broken: Failure to advert raid)
Beef and Alijah decided to attempt and enter our Impound Lot to steal their car back (Raid our Impound lot). They succeeded at entering our Impound lot and entered the vehicle to steal it back. That is when the other Tow Truck driver engaged in combat and begin the shootout.

They entered our compound with the intent to take back their car which was in our possession. AKA Raid us.
Definition of "Raid": Rapid surprise attack to commit a crime, especially to steal from business premises. "An early morning raid on a bank".

Scene 2 Raid 2 (Rules Broken: Failure to advert raid & failure to adhere to raid cooldown timer)
We started a shootout with the bloods as they tried to enter our base. We then get a cloud of smoke thrown at our front gate and Beef enters our premises. He starts shooting us and then dies he did not advert raid in this situation. 

First raid surge timer: 03:42:22 Second raid surge timer: 03:34:01. Only 2 Minutes difference.

Scene 3 Raid 3 (Rules Broken: Failure to adhere to raid cooldown timer)
I came back to see Beef inside of our premises and Alijah outside of our base. We then engaged in combat, we lost the battle. Beef and Alijah then adverted raid / assist (Even though one of them was already inside)
First raid surge timer: 03:42:22 Third raid surge timer: 03:30:43. Only 12 Minutes difference.

This is not clear I did not shoot first in either one, i waited the nlr timer in between. it is not a raid if i did not initiate shoot first or do any raiding actions. jumping a fence into a base is not a raid.

               For example, if a vehicle is impounded. And they (The Criminals) try to steal their car back, you may pull any weapon to attempt to stop them Entering a lot isn't stealing soo.

Also Pretty Sure You Can't Have a Kos Sign over the impound as it states you can ONLY kill some one if they are taking there car back

Any vehicle parked illegally can be towed (roadways, sidewalks, etc.)

You are a neutral class and are not allowed to carry any weapons, unless you would like to stop a person from stealing a vehicle that is in your control. 

For example, if a vehicle is impounded. And they (The Criminals) try to steal their car back, you may pull any weapon to attempt to stop them.

You may not kill a tow truck driver just because they are towing your car. RP the situation out.

You must RP you latching the car onto the truck before pulling away.

Latching moving cars is not allowed.

You may not tow emergency vehicles that are illegally parked. Call 911 instead.

Do not use your tow truck as a ramming device.

You may not tow a vehicle that has someone in it.

If you have impounded a car, you may set a price to release the vehicle back to the owner. The max price is $5,000

For everyone saying that the tow truck driver broke a rule, he did not. This is copy pasted straight from the rules and it is what the tow truck driver rules are.

Im fairly certain any person in that situation would reasonably deduct that you were trying to steal the vehicle, I do not want to make this is an argument as it is against forum rules but I feel that you are in the wrong here with my +Support above.

Both will be warned. Yobo did not break any rules. He can have the gun to stop them from stealing the car.
Jumping into the car park is a raid. getting into a car is stealing it back. If you guys start shooting at him it definitely initiates the raid he has to defend the guys so of course he’s going to shoot back…

your family members can - support this as much time as they want to, still doesn’t change the fact That people in question broke rules.
