Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to be the commander of Shock because I feel I can take on the challenges and responsibilities of this position. Shock is in a great place right now thanks to Bon's efforts and I would love to be able to continue to push this battalion further. Shock is the only battalion that I have every truly loved and shown so much dedication to and that wont ever change for me. I know I have said this a lot but Shock is a family to me and I am honored to be with each and every member of this battalion. My goals as a commander are to keep increasing shocks numbers, The numbers in the sub battalions have gone down and I wish to turn that around by working directly with leads to create fun and exciting sims that people would enjoy. I also plan to increase the numbers in our NCO and Officer corps as they are currently lacking but there is a lot of potential that I hope to bring out in full. I want to encourage and continue the great activity that shock currently has. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 3 weeks play time on the server/ 544 hours total 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The purpose of a Commander is to Improve the well being of a battalion and to maintain it. This can be done by encouraging activity, Rewarding those who excel and also implementing changes to the battalion that allows the troopers in the battalion to have more fun. A commander must also be a team leader and work together with their vice commanders and officers to stay updated on the battalion and improvements that could be made. It is important that a commander be kind, approachable, understanding and knowledgeable. These traits help a commander go a long way in handling problems either with the battalion or outside relations with other battalions, and to also be respected and trusted with the future of the battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I should be trusted as a commander because of my performance as a vice commander. Even though I have only been in this position for almost 2 weeks now I feel like I have done an excellent job keeping on top of roster, staying involved in the battalion with changes and everyday problems, and also maintaining and improving relations with other battalions. I understand the responsibilities that come with the title of commander and I am ready to take them on and perform to the best of my ability. I feel that I am trusted by the members of Shock and other battalions that I will do well if given this position. This is why you should trust me to be the next Shock Commander. 7. How often can you be Online? : I can be on every day for 6+ hours a day 8. Do you have any Warnings?
