All levels of keycard SWEP's are inexplicably lacking the sound effect of the swipe and beep of the keycard in addition to keycard doors lacking the access denied sound effect as well when you try to open them with no keycard or insufficient clearance keycard. Is it tied to a specific job, swep, player model, etc? Yes, all Keycard SWEP's on all jobs as far as I am aware of. Has it only occurred once, or is it continuous? Continuous, has persisted through multiple server restarts, confirmed to not be a single-user issue, multiple people experiencing it.
