Why Do You Want To Become An NCO? [100+ Words]

I want to become an NCO because I can climb ranks faster. That is my main goal at the current moment. I plan to do that by simply following my regulations and maintaining standards. This way, I can learn how things work and better prepare myself for higher-ranking positions.  Apart from that, I want to prove myself as a capable commanding officer. Probably the most important words I heard from anyone were from IF10 at my first Inferno Squad tryout. "Keep trying, I can see some serious talent." Those words have since then inspired me to prove myself among others.

I can assist Inferno Squad with this rank by filling in my responsibilities and recruiting members that fit our standards while maintaining my own. I can also help my fellow NCOs with guidance if they need it. I may be new but, I can learn fast, meaning I can easily pick things up.

Do you have any experience being an NCO/leading? If so explain.

Yes. I have been an officer in a Garry's mod server before. A smallish 90 player clone wars server. I was a SSGT (Staff Sergeant) in Doom Company. I was also the Flight Officer of the pilot battalion (XO) on the same server. Apart from that, not much.

What Qualifications could you bring too the Inferno Squad NCO Team? 

I quite often have ideas on improving the state of the situation. I also have tactical awareness in combat situations and the ability to preform under high pressure. In simple words, I'm creative and alert.
