I also am Sen Low Command in SWAT and i believe i can help use my skills from learning to help lower ranks be better and help them get promoted. i feel as if i achieve this rank i can help low command in managing pd and help lower ranks reach the rank they want to join other depts. As i have been getting more active these past couple of days and started to like PD more and decided to reapply for PD low command and i hope this application is considered.
