I've staffed on a couple of other GMOD servers - another semi-serious Imperial RP and a now defunct Murder server (and by "defunct" I mean it's been removed). (Can be any length): In all honesty, I am uncertain of why - or whether I even do - deserve this rank. I enjoy playing on the server and I wish to help it out, and - like I said prior - I've been staff on other communities. However, I am mostly just testing the waters and seeing if I'd be ready for the task of being staff here. I would like to be accepted - I mean if I didn't I wouldn't apply in the first place - so I do request that you maybe give me a chance. That being said, I'd fully understand if I wasn't accepted for any reason, whether it be lack of activity or low effort or whatever the case may be. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would calmly tell them to chill their tone and maybe try and talk them into discussing their punishments maturely. If they accept, I'll calmly discuss their punishment and reason for their punishment with them and proceed to give a formal warning, before then calling an Admin+ to come and ban them. If they keep cursing, however, then I'll just gag and/or mute them so I can concentrate on calmly telling them their punishment blah blah blah. After all, it's difficult to talk to someone whilst they're constantly and loudly cursing over you. If, whilst I'm explaining the punishment/proceeding an admin to help carry out their punishment further, the user leaves, then I'll tell the admin to add LTAP to the ban reason whilst also going to add that to the formal warning reason myself (if at all possible). You're not entirely new to not have any ideas about our rules so I think your playtime is fine for someone going for Trial Moderator, however this application could definitely use a bit of work. I've been on it since mid March, like I said in my app, and I wouldn't exactly call that "new". But I never saw the other questions, so I'll edit my app and add those in a little bit.
