3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?

Here's why I would like to become the next Sovereign Protector of the Royal Guard.

For starters, I have now been a Royal Guard Vice Sovereign Protector for about 40 days (almost 2 months now) and have put a lot of time and effort into the battalion and ensuring it's always running as efficiently as possible.

In my last Vice Commander Application I talked about bettering relations with other battalions and strengthening those then new-founded relations with other battalions which is exactly what I've done with my time being a Vice Sovereign Protector for the Royal Guard. I've been pushing constantly to better relations with the 2 Naval Special Forces Sub-Battalions better known as the Deathtroopers, and the Naval Inferno Squad and so far as been quite positive and effective. Whether it be group patrols, ID Checks, Simulations, or just hanging out with one another while maintaining our duties, our battalions have improved relations with one another and are on very good terms nearly at all times.

I've now been with the Royal Guard for about 4 amazing, fun, and memorable months. I've met lots of really cool people, friends, colleagues, etc. I was thankfully given the chance to serve the Royal Guard as one of the current sitting Vice Sovereign's and made the most of what I was able to do with the battalion in terms of keeping Roster up to date, handing out deserved promotions, removing those who aren't fit for the battalion, or generally dealing with anything involving the battalion good or bad. I have had nothing but love for the battalion from the very first day that I joined and will continue to do as much as I possibly can to better this battalion to the best of my capabilities until the time comes where I will take my leave.

As cheesy as this may sound, I genuinely do love the battalion and will always continue to do whatever I can to better it and those around it.

4. How much game time do you have on the server?

5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?

The main purpose of a Commander position for any branch/battalion is to assist in overseeing day to day battalion operations which can stem anywhere from leading their battalion through operations to mission accomplishment, heading an operations drive process, or influencing leadership actions such as issuing broad guidance rather than detailed directions or orders.

Being the commander of a Branch/Battalion is essentially to be in charge, and to take action and lead the battalion down the best possible route to ensure positive outcome regardless of any events that may transpire down the road such as hardships, low battalion player count, internal or external problems regarding the battalion or individuals within the battalion etc...

To be in a position of command over your battalion is to also ensure that any and all complaints, issues, problems, concerns, etc.. for your battalion are seen, acknowledged and acted upon as swiftly as possible and as stated above issued broad guidance or even consequences if absolutely necessary.

Overall the main purpose of being a Commander for your branch or battalion is to ensure that day to day operations are running as smoothly and efficiently as possible, as well as upholding positive relations with other battalions and ensuring that those within your branch or battalion are satisfied and eager to work to their best capability at any and all times. A commander should be someone that people can count on to lead them through whatever obstacles are thrown their way and should be able to be trusted.

6. Why should we trust you to be a commander?

I have now been the Royal Guard Vice Sovereign for about 40 days which is nearing 2 months. I've spent nearly everyday doing the most that I can for the Royal Guard whether it was updating the roster when it needed to be, or hosting dueling sessions for the struggling new cadets and NCO's, or doing mass patrols and lore sessions with the entirety of RG for whenever most people are available.

I can genuinely say that I alongside the work and help of my partner and other Vice Sovereign, have transformed the entire Royal Guard into the best version of itself that it could be. We have tons of experienced, happy, and active Non-Commissioned Officers, Active Cadets, Active Officers, and even better yet which is something that we didn't have as my time as an officer when I was working my way up the Royal Guard which would be an actually stable Command Team or a command team in general that is able to take care of the battalion whenever required to do so. I alongside many others can genuinely say that at this current moment in time, the Royal Guard is likely at the best stage in time that it's ever been in. In other words, I can whole-heartedly say that this is All-Time Prime for the royal guard, and will continue to keep it that way for as long as I am with the battalion.

As usual, the Royal Guard is my main battalion, my main function, and my main priority at any and all times, and will remain that way whether or not I am to be Accepted/Denied for the Sovereign position that I am applying for.

7. How often can you be Online?

I am on nearly everyday for a minimum of 5-8 hours and pretty much always able to be contacted through discord or teamspeak!!!

8. Do you have any Warnings?

I have 0 warnings and 0 moderations against me.

This couldn't be put any better. This guy has done nothing short or amazing in rg. The experiences I've had with this guy are some of the best I've ever had. Steel is an amazing person and a God tier vice sovereign and more then deserves this position. GOOD LUCK TO YOU STEEL YOU DESERVE THE HELL OUT OF THIS.

HUGE +SUPPORT!

To keep it 100 Steel has to be the most serious RG Vice Sovereign that I have ever known especially when it comes to their SOP.

Steel is insanely communicative, helpful to everyone even to those who aren't in his battalion.

Steel also makes sure to even look after other battalions and their troops which shows he is insanely kind.

Steel is also very charismatic and knows how to lead a battalion effectively and show numbers throughout the entire day.
(I don't think I've seen 0 RG on the server before)
All in all he would 100% be my choice for the next Sovereign Protector

I can not express it enough how much I support this man for Sovereign, I don't think there is a better fit, He is crazy active and dedicated to RG and does everything in his power to help those in RG, and anyone else for that matter.
