TyroneLiddle Posted April 7, 2021 Share Posted April 7, 2021 In-Game name: DT SPC ZK5 SteamID: STEAM_0:1:241522728 Rank: SPC How long have you been in your current rank?: Ive been a SPC since the 5th of April.--------------------------------------------- What experiences in leadership do you have?: I use to be a NCO in another battalion and im currently a NCO in RG so I know how a NCO should act at all time and know what I have to do.--------------------------------------------- Why do you want to be a non-commissioned officer? I would like to become a NCO because I would like to start doing tryouts for people and try my hardest to help any Enlisted with whatever they need. I will also like to become an NCO because I feel like I'm ready for the position as I have watched multiple tryouts and took all of them into consideration to remember what exactly I need to do. However only being a SPC for 2 days might seem as if I'm not ready but personally and others around might have seen me on DT trying to help people as best as possible. What makes you stand out amongst the others? Personally I dont think i stand out from others as everyone has there positives and negatives however I will explain what my positives are. I believe that my positives are that : I can get stuff done when it needs to be done, I follow every order I'm given without a doubt even if it means I have to give my life just to get it done, I try my best to help others even if their not in DT or if they are in DT. However everyone has their negatives and I dont know if these are my negatives but : I can get quite serious at sometimes ), I have dyslexia which can lead to me not understanding certain things and finally my timezone is way different which could effect tryouts.--------------------------------------------- Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an NCO you can be removed from your position?
