Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I Have now been with the ST's And I love the challenge that the branch brings to its leadership and Also I Believe I have bettered and can continue to build our Battalion. Along with I want to help our officers make decisions to advance our battalion that a CPT just cant make And Also help guide our other Forces within the battalion like our sub classes I feel have done a good job when it comes to bettering scouts and with vice commander I can help oversee and better or other branches within ST's and improve quality of life within them. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 4 weeks Logged and Probably Around 1-2 months on the server. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The Main Purpose Is To Be One of the faces of the battalion In leadership setting the standard for others to follow. And Maintain All documents and procedures within the battalion. Along With All things listed the job of a Vice Commander Would be to Assist all of those in guidance as they progress through the battalion, This may include selecting officers, Giving promotions to those who earn them, running meetings, answer and assisting enlisted+ In decisions and how they will spend there time on the server. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have been an officer for a while and I feel That many of the other Higherup trust me in a leadership position and I am currently a current SCTL, EJTL, and 1LT for shock. My main goal is to better whatever battalion I am a part of. Along with things said my main goal is to try making the ST's Which most see as the mingest battalion as those who are willing into troops that stand up to other battalions and can behave and perform and follow orders in a good RP fashion. I also See ST's As the building block to the server as this is the battalion everyone starts in we must be there to make new player experience better and to keep them on the server and interested in playing. 7. How often can you be Online? : At Least 3 Times a week for about 3-4 Hours a day At the minimum. I am a high school student and I partake in sports and working over the summer so these things do require some of my attention. 8. Do you have any Warnings? Bear_ Posted April 4, 2021 Share Posted April 4, 2021 Major +Support puts forth the effort 100% of the time respectful active understands the expectation of command Sasuke has been a monumental help in STs as a whole as well as reviving a dormant subclass (Scouts) to then becoming the lead of it. He is always on top of updating his documents and roster as well as promoting the troopers within his subclass and battalion that are deserving. He may lack the time of a more seasoned officer but I have personally seen him adapt to new positions extremely well.
