Do you promise to uphold all rules instated by GamingLight and by the many Security guidelines?: I do. 8. Do you promise to uphold your duties as a command member in leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, etc.?: Of course. 9. Do you promise that you will listen and respect your lower / higher rankings?: Absolutely. 10. Why do you want to become a senior command member? (150 WORDS+): I want to become Senior Command because I feel like I can bring something to SCMD that not many people can bring, literally not having a life and a sense of humor, not to mention I can be level headed when the situation needs it. I want to go higher into the branch to let it blossom even more than it already has. I want to help this branch continue to be amazing, and maybe even push it higher. I feel like I can bring a lot to senior command that isn't always apparent, even to me. While I may not be the best fit, I feel like I could become one of the bests with enough effort and mentoring. I want to see Security prosper, and I wish to help it get there. When I look at all of the people up in the higher command slots, it shows amazing potential still waiting to be revealed, I want to be part of that, I want to help this awesome branch in literally any single way that I can. People like Jameshi or Spud drove me to work hard for this branch, and while they may not be here forever, I want to be that inspiration for someone else. I want to be a ray of hope and inspiration for people that are new or don't know what to do or even feel like they aren't supporting other people, I want to them realize, everyone matters here. GenSec is a family that I feel welcomed in, and I want to help other people feel welcome as well. Every single command in this branch is so amazing at their job, I know it'd be extremely hard to make this decision, and I also know that some people might be more qualified than me, but I will work hard for this position, I will work hard to prove myself worthy of Major. So if you'd allow me, I'd like to join you in Senior command and help this branch stay active, stay amazing, and stay well commanded. If you choose me, I know you won't regret it. 11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: I would either call him to Gensec Bunks, or cuff him and bring him there. Then I'd explain to him that he needs permission to leave into LCZ. If he continues to not understand, I would bring him back to bunks and inform him that he is being removed from GenSec, and that if he wants to rejoin the branch, he would have to be retrained after 24 hours. 12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: I'd try to bring them into a private TeamSpeak channel and communicate with him that he is needed inside D Block, especially when there's riots going on, and that he cannot be leaving for small or nonsense reasons. 13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: I would politely ask them to leave D-Block because first off, they're not allowed to be there according to their SOP, and second off, he would not be able to command anyone in GenSec because he is E11. If he refuses to listen, I would attempt to cuff him and bring him out of D-Block, then once he's out, I'd inform his Command of his actions and either wait until they're there, or until someone can take him to them. 14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: I'd bring them to bunks, ask for them to join a private TeamSpeak channel, and inform them that they're being promoted. I would start the promotion by asking if they have a forums account, if not, I'd walk them through making one. Next I'd give them the NCO guide, tell them to read it when they can, and paraphrase the key concepts of the entire guide. Then I'd instruct them that they can now be apart of the FTO sub-branch and apply for command if they so choose. Finally I'd infrom them that they can now call Hands Up/Partial Lockdown/Riot Protocol on Code Orange/Black, and walk them through that process if the person that promoted them to CPL didn't do a good job with explaining it before. Warmercarp has shown that he is worthy of becoming the next MAJ in security with his time and dedication that he has put into this branch as a command member as well as stepping up to the plate of being Head of PT’s and Offmeetings for security. I will have peace at mind knowing that a competent and knowledgeable individual is being put up to support the leadership within Security. I have no doubt in my mind that Warmer has what it takes to lead security and put in the effort. Most important Warmer is just a genuinely nice person who others can look to as an example of a command member deserving of their rank.
