(150 Word Minimum)  I believe I deserve this rank for multiple reasons. First off I am most active on staff later at night and this rank would let me give better punishments to the offending players. For example, if a player is being racist or AMRDMing I could give them an appropriately timed ban instead of just jailtping them over and over again every time they leave and rejoin. This would allow me to do more efficient staffing since I could concentrate on other things like Sits and flying around checking bases and looking out for rule-breakers. This rank would also help me gain more respect amongst the community and help me grow positively. Secondly, I always try to be the best staff member I can by doing a few simple things. When taking a sit I always try to be as considerate and unbiased as possible. I try to see both sides and never take and bias against anyone. If I see a sit that I feel there could be biased I always ask in Admin Chat for someone else to take it. Before making any decisions I feel it is important to understand both sides of the report as if I don't do as such I could misunderstand the situation and take the incorrect decision. I always value integrity before anything else (as all staff should do) as to me it's the most important thing a staff team can have. Thirdly, I always try to help out to the best of my ability. If I get this rank I could help Moderators and Trial Moderators by banning players for them. (If there is a valid reason and I deem a ban to be a good punishment.) How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If a player would report another player MRDMing I would first bring the player reporting them up to a rooftop. While they are explaining what happened i would check logs to confirm. If i see that the player did MRDM I would go to the reported player to see if they are still doing it. I would them Bring them up to a roof. If the player starts shooting in the sit I would strip them and jail/freeze them so they don't try to run. If they start cursing at me i would gag/mute them (or both) after telling them to stop three times.
