(150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve this rank because I have put in a lot of time on this server and every time I am online I experience multiple people breaking rules and even sometimes getting away with it. I'm not applying for this rank because I want it for myself but I want to prove that I could make a positive change to the server. Along with having a positive look on the server, I will be working hand in hand with other administration to do our jobs and do them well. Although I may not be experienced with being part of staff, I have a thorough understanding of the MOTD and The Staff SOP and along with my natural leadership skills I believe that the trial moderator position would be a good place for me to start on a journey in staff. If I was accepted this position i would start day one in making sure that every player receives a fair chance in explaining their sides of the story as a well as a fair treatment no matter how much time you have on the server. Another reason I am applying for this position is because I know a lot of people who are in administration and with that I have gained a general knowledge of what someone who is apart of staff must go through on a day to day basis in which I would be ready to pursue since I spend a lot of time on this server so i would have no problem with my hours spent on staff and I would be ready to switch to trial mod in any situation that is given in order to resolve any problems that may be going on. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first jail the person then give the person an ultimatum, its either they talk with me and explain what is going on and why they were rdming people or they will be gagged if they continue to disobey orders. Then I would check how much time the person has on the server and make a decision to either give the person a warn and force them to read the MOTD or a ban for Staff dis and Mass RDM. (You only have one) - Overall decent application although the last question could use some work. - Haven't really seen you in both teamspeak and in-game. Quick note: Try getting your activity both in-game and on the forums up. When dealing in sits try giving the person a chance to explain themselves and gather as much evidence as you can, not just straigh up assume they did break the rules.
