Timezone: Pacific Standard Permission (Admin+ need this): N/A Why do you believe that you deserve the rank?: I believe I deserve this rank because of five main reasons. 1) I am a charismatic person, and I am usually able to talk to almost anyone and get a good understanding of both sides of a situation in the case there is one. 2) I am competent and capable, over the couple years I have been playing Garry's Mod, alot of my time I have spent not only roleplaying but also staffing, and I have never been striked or warned as a staff member of any server, as well as I am completely capable of fulfilling my duties as a staff member and upholding the role to deal with situations and more. 3) I never have bias in staff situations/sits, and I see to both sides of a story whilst still incorporating rules and logs to fully determine the outcome of said situations. 4) I am both active in-game and active on the forums. 5) I am dedicated to Gaminglight and I have a large amount of confidence in my ability to staff. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: Firstly, I would ensure that I stay calm and collective throughout the entire situation and show regards to his side of the story if he so tells. Second, I would check and make sure that it was actually MRDM and there was no reasoning to it whatsoever (in this case it is MRDM). I would try to reason with the person and ask them why.
