Other players with weapons on safety cannot be placed under FearRP" bullet under the FearRP section be changed to "This applies both ways. You are not obligated to surrender to a kidnapping or mugging if your gun is out , on or off safety , and you are not outnumbered" or something to that effect. Why should we add it? - This is the staff interpretation of the rule as it was presented to me in a recent sit, and the current wording makes it appear that anybody with a weapon on safety cannot be placed under FearRP even if they're outnumbered, which is not what the interpretation presented to me by experienced staff members. What are the advantages of having this? - This clarification would help reduce the breaking of the actual rule, since the MOTD bullet is confusing and misleading and I don't believe many of the players on the server realize this is what the rule actually means.
