I have been playing role play games for nearly a decade and I have spent thousands of hours not only role playing, but staffing. I've owned, developed, and managed, multiple communities in the past and I am confident in my ability to handle any situation I encounter, and if somehow I encounter a situation I can't handle, I can always ask for help. (150 Word Minimum): I believe I deserve the rank because of my prior experience not only within this community, but outside of this community. I know what I am doing, and I am confident in my ability to handle myself in a professional, and mature manner whilst staffing on the server. I was previously staff on here, and I resigned because I didn't have as much free time as I did before. Now I have more free time, and I've been playing on the server a lot recently and I would finally like to return to the staff team, and get back to helping moderate the server and letting people have fun on the server without having to encounter minges. I'm also fairly well known in the PRP community, and I always try and find the positives in people, and keep a positive attitude. I'm also always recording so if there is video needed for a situation, I would be able to provide my perspective of the situation to help. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I don't remember the exact commands I would get access to as Trial Moderator, but I would first get them away from people. Whether that be bringing them, jail tping, or physgunning them to a roof and freezing them. I would ask them what's going on, and make attempts to calm them down. If they continue to curse at me, and act disrespectful during the sit, I would gag them and explain what's going on. I would check their time on the server, and if they're a new player doing this I would explain to them it is against the rules and they cannot be doing that. Sometimes people are genuinely new to Garry's Mod, and I don't think it would be fair to slap them with a ban immediately. I think a warn and jail for 300 seconds would be fine in this situation, and while they're in jail I would tell them to read over the MOTD so they can understand the rules and not break them again, but if they continue to do the same thing after the warning, I feel a short ban would suffice.
