Yes, i am an admin on ImperialRP as well as a Gamemaster V How often are you on TeamSpeak? atleast 8+ Hours a day Why would you want to join our Support team (Word Count 150+)? I wish to join the support team as another way for me to make a positive impact within gaminglight, I spend the vast majority of my days on GL. If i was to become a member of the gaminglight support team this would be another way for me to assist users beyond just in-game, I am constantly on TS3 in later timezones and I can help people all day long almost everyday. I also really enjoy interacting with users in the community and helping solve problems to make their experience better, which this would just be another way for me to do that. How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way? As i said previously i am on TS 8+ hours everyday, as well as late at night. Using that i can help people in time when their is no other support staff on to do so. I'm also well-versed in the gaming light rules and procedures which means i am able to help people quickly and efficiently. How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our support channels? "Hi i am emma a member of the gaminglight support team, how may i help you today?"
