Brand new scientist models have been proposed for the Senior Researcher, and

Research Command, as not only are they highly visually appealing, but they

also better represent the Research branch as a whole, and it even includes

female models for diversity amongst our Research staff.

Why would we give RFA and HMR the ability too change defcon mabye RFA because it’s a hand picked SF but HMR has little too no requirements and people can write a sentence with one test log and get it I’m 99% sure I’m the only person too be denied an HMR app (and I’m that sure because I check the forums constantly) and all the others have been 1 or 2 sentences with a max of 3 test logs they don’t need too change defcons that should be left too command and RFA and SF because if we give HMR that ability then MMF should be able too change defcons and ETC

I really dont know about HMR chaging defcons but everything else sounds pretty good

Too add on you have only ever denied 2 HMR apps the first one made and the other one because the guy was not in research 

I have been looking at all of them just too see if I missed any denied apps and no you have denied 2 people you have accepted people with -supports of mingey heavily multiple people throw in one log and one sentence and get HMR having them change the defcons is a bad idea

HMR is EXP+ So theres less chance of abusing it by HMRs  and if they abuse thats in the Chat logs so no body will abuse it

Doesn’t change a big difference I mean ACM and MMF are also app based and require a certain rank that some could argue is harder too get them EXP but that doesn’t mean mingey can’t use it if it’s very easy too get on your rank doesn’t matter it’s what you do with that rank

Ability to change defcon doesnt need to be on that job, aswell 

aswell tranq pistol doesnt need to be ona non combat job

Def no for HMR to change defcons, should only be restricted to RFA & Command

Also RFA gets tranqs, I dont see the issue with adding a tranq to one of our jobs, as it will help testing furthermore.
