(150 Word Minimum) : Hey. my name is Austin and why I would love to become staff and think I should be staff is because I love everything about this server, I have previous experience, I know the MOTD and have read it many times, I already know all of the commands for staff, I have over 2 weeks of playtime (over 336 hours), I think I'm pretty well known, mature and nice, I've seen a lot of people who break rules and I wanna help make sure that people are not breaking rules and help people have a better time and have a better roleplay experience, I've applied once and I understand my mistakes and why I got denied but I now have much longer on the server and have been playing for much longer and Imo way more known, I love the people in the server and the community, I love the Police RP server category's Rp style which is why I want to become a staff member again in a server like this, when peoples cars get stuck, someone is RDMing, RDAing, breaking NLR, dissing someone, mic spamming, meta gaming, Etc I wanna help stop that and this is the only way so I'mma do it! I'm active and on everyday, I'm respectful to everyone I see and don't minge and or grief, I have a good pair of headphones so I can hear people clearly, and I have a good microphone, I can help people with not only in game stuff but I can also help with stuff outside of gmod like with teamspeak, garrys mod messing up such as the following, "all my textures are purple and black tiles" "my game keeps crashing" "my teamspeak wont let me join channels" etc. I want to join staff and I can do a lot of good for staff In my opinion, I can be very very active on duty and be on staff every single day, I'm not going to be leaving any time soon that's for sure, goodbye everyone! (339 Words 1,734 Characters) How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? : Alright so first I would bring the person RDMing to a roof as well as the person who reported him, If the RDMer (lets call him Sub.1) Started to cuss me out I would then calmly give him 3 warnings to calm down if he does not comply I would then gag him for the time being and if he tried to run I would freeze him, then I would calmly explain to him what he did. After, I would listen to the reporter (lets call him subject 2) First I would ask subject 2 if he has any video proof if not then I would check damage logs to see if he has damaged many people if he has I would then ungag him and let him share his side of the story, Once I receive evidence of him Mass RDMing I would then give him one formal warning for "Disrespecting Staff | Mass RDM" and subsequently get a higher up to ban him for 5 days (Being calm and not yelling the entire sit) 〖 ImperialRP 〗{ Ex.
