Hypothesis: The Cloak is part of his body. Observations (What Happened During Test): I take a skin sample from 049 in exchange for a D class to test on. I tested the sample and learned the cloak was grown from his skin and dates back to the times of the black death. Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): The cloak was part of the body and can not be removed. Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: Yes.
