First, I'd put the Donator rank required in order to get to the job to be at Silver or gold and restrict the class to be 3 people on the job max with further donator ranks able to purchase additional equipment past the usual, if at all possible. Furthermore, The D class job specifically made to make the Mining equipment can be both regulated easily to reduce potential lag, Reduce potential lag through restricted numbers, and to reduce lag by making the equipment in question removable easily due to it being a bought entity. In addition to this, the zone that can be dedicated to mining can be inside of the D block Arena that has been almost nearly useless as no one has legitimately used it for combat and the restriction to the room can both encourage people to use less entities from the reduced space, reduce the potential lag due to the reduced possible entity count, and make sure D class cant use the Entities in order to minge. Next, the money itself given out per ingot sold can be regulated to be as low or as high as needed, allowing for it to be buffed/nerfed with suggestions or SMT/Staff Discretion. Lastly, it can encourage people to pay more for a donator job that can earn them more money through a legitimate means. To justify the D class having the ability to mine for Foundation can be explained as the Foundation using the Labor of their captors in order to further fund the Foundation and its operations by putting the seller for the Gold in the back of upper D block or in the same room as where the ores are. Finally, it can be added as a specific Custom Class type that doesnt spawn with weaponry, but are specifically made to be able to guarantee a slot and its own mining sector since the Addon has a way to create their own privatized Mining sector. How would this change better the server? - It can encourage people to play on the server more often and almost guarantee at least someone on the job trying to make bank. Furthermore, it can give an easier alternative for people to make money besides staying AFK during the night. In addition to this, it can give people to do during down times when the job is available and it can give the wasted potential space in D block a way to be used. Plus, it can bring back a type of system that had been used in days past. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - The entities used in the refinement process of ores can cause some lag for the server if used incorrectly or in a inappropriate way. Who would this change mostly benefit? - The change will benefit those with a high enough donator rank to be able to get to the class and those who are willing to put in the hours needed to grind for higher amounts of money.
