How often are you on TeamSpeak? I am on teamspeak about 4-5 hours a day

Why would you want to join our Support team (Word Count 150+)? 

          I would like to join the support team to mainly expand my work with the staff team and expose myself to more of the community.  I am actually a previous support member but I had to leave do to real life scheduling.  I would like to become a  member of the support team so I can help and assist the community with any issues they with Teamspeak. Becoming support will also push for me personally to learn more about Teamspeak and how it works as that's I like to do with many applications as a "Tech Guy".  This will also give me actual experience when it comes to customer support as in real life this is something I will need to know. I plan to be a IT Support Specialist at least as a starting point in my career and it will involve a lot of customer support which this will gain me. 

How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way? 

          I believe I can positively support staff by just being there to assist them. As in the name Support I am there to help not to interfere.  Obviously if specifically requested to help in a certain way I will.  I will be there to make sure the community is enjoying there time within Teamspeak.

How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our support channels?

          I would first greet people by saying hello and asking something like how there day was.  After getting there response I would then ask what they need assistance with.
