It's important to keep some things really hard to get so that they can be a long term goal to keep some people striving for. PRP also does this with certain novelty things like the Krabby Patty car that can be bought in game, etc. It's normal to have special certain things that can only be obtained with a lot of work Also, there is only one card that costs $1,500,000 and all of the rest hang around the 55,000 - 100,000 mark. Having death screens price to be lowered will just make the essence of them being exclusive be non existent.
