10. Why do you want to become a senior command member? (150 WORDS+): I'd like to be security senior command as I believe a position in senior command would open many more opportunities for me to help out security, security has been my main branch since I joined the server and I'd love to be able to help it succeed and I believe the activity that I once had, which I'm trying to get back to, will help motivate lower ranks to get on and stay on for longer, which as a 1Lt although we still get lower ranks on by just being on GenSec, the higher the rank the more tempting it would be for them to hop on, and when more people are on GenSec that helps the server run just that little bit smoother, MTF wouldn't need to help out GenSec as much, Dclass wouldn't escape so commonly and research can get more tests up and running. I'd also love to attempt to fix any issues security might have with other branches and equally any issues other branches might have with us as, although relations seem to have improved, relations with other branch should be something we attempt to keep up whether we agree with whatever might cause the issues or not, It should be our job to work with other branches command to fix relations and i'd love to help out with that, as senior command my words would have a bit more weight to them making it easier for me to get into contact with other command and then discuss what we could do next in an attempt to resolve any issues between the branches.

11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: The first time they leave I would redirect them to D-Block and tell them to get permission before they leave next time after the second time the OFC left D-Block without permission, I would tell them to stop leaving or face a demotion out of the branch, if they decided to leave again, i'd place them under AOS, bring them back to bunks tell them they're being demoted and tell them why, tell them they can be retrained again then remove the whitelist /demote them off the job and log the demotion.

12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: I'd ask the reasons the NCO gave for leaving D-Block and inform them that these are not valid reasons to be leaving D-Block and warn them if they continued to leave without good reasoning they would be struck, and if need be they would be demoted. If they did continue to leave without reason I would first strike them, then if they continued leaving or continued doing other actions that would besmirch the reputation of GenSec they would be demoted and I'd inform other command to keep an eye on them.

13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: First off  I would tell security that they don't need to listen to the E-11 and then tell  the E-11 they shouldn't be in here and that they are not in a position that they should be commanding GenSec, if they leave I wouldn't take it further, however if they didn't leave and kept ordering people around or came back later and did the same thing again, i'd announce them AOS, cuff them, and try to find the appropriate command member (E-11 Low command) and inform them of the situation, if no E-11 command was on I'd call staff and tell them the PVT had been coming into D-Block, and ask the staff member to tell them to stop doing that (wouldn't want them warned just try and get them to stop), again if they did not stop at this point I would report the E-11 member to E-11 command over discord and tell them that the next time they entered D-Block they would be KOS.

14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: Check the person's time on the server and last promotion date, keep an eye on the person for a while along with any others you think may deserve promotions, if they were on before you ask a senior NCO if they were performing up to expectations. After this has been done i'd ask for them to go to bunks in Security comms, once they arrive congratulate them and tell them they're being promoted, tell them the bigger changes such as being able to leave D-Block without asking perms and assigning escorts, I then inform them that they can join the FTO program and that they can apply for WO whenever apps open up, I then tell them they must have a forums account at this rank and tell them to read over the NCO guide and finally ask if they have any questions before reminding them to change in game, discord names and requesting tags, I then Give them the junior NCO whitelist and log the promotion.

crest, you know that your epic and all, but your just simply not as active as other members, and yes i do know about timezone issues & school. i rarely even see you in TS anymore. but still, good luck!

Oh I agree, I won't say it's because of Time zones or school either, I simply got burnt out for a while but since i've come back i'm feeling a lot better about the server so i'll be spending a lot more time on the server.

I can go on for a bit longer about how you are good for this position, you are just a all around great person who will help whenever and whoever he can. He brings up everyone even if he is pretty quiet, he brings up moral of all of security as they like seeing command on!

I do think you should obtain the rank of Senior and you would make a good senior command member

If I wanted to list all the reasons then this would take a hot minute to make and read. I'll keep it short by saying he is one of the best command I've seen on the server let alone security. Get this man a promotion.

Very helpful and even went out of his way 20 minutes before the FTO meeting to mentor me. He waited for me to get my Doordash food while mentoring another person at the same time being nothing but patient and helpful. He gave me honest feedback with advice and courage.  Only thing I believe that you would need to work on it would be your activity but other than that you're great at what you do and I want to see you get higher in the ranks!
