he kept on trespassing and getting arrested, he ktapped once or twice, he kept on using his tac insertion to avoid being in jail while still trying to go to the bridge

he keeps harassing shock while also breaking rules, he seems to think that using the tac insertion to get himself out of jail isn't against any rules.

I believe there should be some sort of punishment  (ban or warns) because he has continuously caused trouble for the server and shock while minging.

I'm very confused on why you didn't make a Report in-game, Stone already brought me into Brig. 

I have a second part to this, Why have I been isolated with Text, Why haven't you included yourself & Stone's responses to that Conversation?

He's a Senior Moderator, He could've dealt with it, Or the other Moderator. Scotland PopBottle could've dealt with it too, But I guess you guys wanted the publicity of shaming.

you said you were making a report on stone because he was doing his job as shock commander, and so i asked stone if we should make an in game report and he said no lets just do it on the fourms

The report was on the Staff abuse he committed, I was brought into Jail which is taking care of your own Situations. However this isn't a Staff Report. 
Not to mention the Recordings I have were corrupted.

I'm assuming this is Stone's form of "Payback".

you were abusing the tac insertions meaning we couldn't get you in jail so stone did the next best thing and just jailed you as staff since we couldn't as shock

It wasn't Tac-Insertion abuse, There's a known bug where you place a Tac Insert, Leaving it. That Tac exists but isn't functional. I just joked about and ran to one across me, That was a Bugged one.

So that seems like a False Accusation to me

It wasn't payback just so you know, you were abusing a bug in the tactical insertion, pretty simple. I never endorsed or said I even agreed with this report I simply suggested to my NCO's to report your actions since he seemed upset and frustrated.  However when someone intentionally uses a tactical insertion over and over to avoid spawning in brig  while taunting us in OOC calling us "noobs"  thats when I can understand blast's frustration. I was honestly over it after this situation and I understand you were just messing around.  All I ask is that you don't abuse an exploit and simply walk your way to brig next time so you can serve out your sentence like everyone else has to, nothing else to it.  You also were out of IQ bunks with your name as "Initiate IV Kieran" you force jumped up to the top part of the reactor, placed a tac insert  and proceeded to hide in the admin room when you were arrested, which is major FailRP...

(Not trying to argue this is just my side of the story and I will not comment further unless asked to)
