Even other jobs that should have level 4 clearance don't have the card because they don't need it
And if you where not aware, every other officer job has it.

If we made it level 5 not even we would be able to get in it lmao

I don't have a serious problem with Dr. Maynard getting level 4 but its not something to complain  about under an MTF suggestion
