Staff Restriction Length: i dont know i was blackisted while i didint paly 

Staff Member that Staff Restricted you: i dont know i didint play the game in the time of blacklist

 Reason for Staff Restriction: i dont know i once gone to d block as him  for like 15 sec and left 

Why do you think that your Staff Restriction should be removed? (longer the better): its been a long time and i like playing as 682 i think the black list was not earned i didint do anything 2 bad

there was no real reason i was blackilsted tho i think the black list expired but i dont know how to check

There is in fact reason for why you were blacklisted. You have 6 warns for failRP across different SCP’s. https://gaminglight.com/bans/player/76561198860655735

Also, blacklists don’t expire unless appealed so that doesn’t make sense.

Major -support, you’ve abused the 173 and 106 SWEP, entered d-block as 682, killed other SCP’s while on 912, etc. If you aren’t blacklisted from 173/106/343 I’d be surprised and disheartened.

Not to mention you put ZERO effort into the appeal, so much to the point you didn't even use the correct format, and you pretty much spent no time on it.
