I know if this is a creative kind of SCP that you made, but there was no context prior to your audio log. Creativity: 20/25Test was certainly creative, but you're missing a hypothesis, which is also a big factor to this mark. Presentation: 20/25Presentation is neutral, you followed the format but I suggest you follow a color scheme as well. Writing: 15/25In your writing, I have spotted some mild - moderate grammatical mistakes. There's also not that much details put into it.
