Posted June 23, 2020 Share Posted June 23, 2020 (edited) In-Game Name: Killer SteamID: STEAM_0:1:108296102 Current Rank: LT Rank You Are Applying For: CPT How long have you been in your current rank?: I was accepted April 24th, pretty much 8 weeks and 4 days What timezone are you in?: EST How many Warns do you have?: 21 (1 Imperial, 20 Police) Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum): I believe I should be promoted to Captain because ever since I got LT which was my time actually being in Command, although I had a lot of experience with being a supervisor I have learned more than before I came a LT and I know how to lead fellow officers. I also help out other officers to the best of my ability which sometimes can be tough since I do not have a mic but I don’t give up just because I do not have a microphone and if I don’t understand a situation I get feedback from my other command. I’ve also been trying to follow in the footsteps of my fellow command such as Max Holland as he does foot patrols whenever he lags which I have been trying to do a lot more recently and I also learn off other command on how to deal with certain situations. Another reason Why I think I should be promoted to Captain is I try to be professional whenever I'm on PD and other jobs. I also don’t lose my temper too easily on people instead of doing that, I try to understand them and what is happening in their current situation. I also try to help out all the lower ranks on how to patrol like what to do in traffic stops and I make sure to take them out on patrol once in a while when no one else is able to. Another reason why I believe I should be promoted to the rank of Captain is because I try to supervise some of the training that happens and if an SGT+ messes up I'll make sure to correct them on it so they learn and help the new officers learn better. I also try to take reports on an officer handle them professionally also to make sure I get both sides of the story and see if there is any evidence towards it, I also know how to handle those situations since i’m staff so I’ve gotten pretty good at them because of staff, and past experience as an supervisor.
