Just change the Royal Guard and Royal Guard Cadet Model to the same model as The senior Guard model (models/player/ven/guard.mdl). The reason why we would like to change this model is because we feel that it would look better and would make it much more lore friendly. So basically Over all this would make it look better/uniform and make it much more lore friendly.
