Suggestions for research

This is not anywhere close to related to or involved with tomato’s thing. Nobody was told ahead of time this was a thing besides Weiss 2 hours ago. I’ve been here for a very very long time and a lot of people know me as a researcher so I thought it was time I expressed my thoughts on the subject without minging about it. No matter the branch your in I think it’d be nice to get feedback. Besides omi because I really didn’t say anything about them.

Overall +Support, especially on the JR-LR section. It was the most boring thing ever waiting around for a month with my only hope of moving up into command being training enough.
Massive +Support on RIG section, they're great, we love them, I love them, I love playing them, we need more. Perhaps consider whitelisting it to all command, because, fun tip: you get to both see how a researcher tests and remove their wait for an escort. You can promote if their testing ability is incredible, or demote if you see them minging. RIG is one of the best undercover classes at Command's disposal.

For Low Command, (at least RS), we do have a quota for grading and mass testing. The quota for mass tests is one every two weeks, but those who love hosting them can go way beyond that, I personally have hosted three in my two days as RS. You can do similarly on the Test Log quota, though scored differently. I'd also enjoy the point shop system you suggested. Forcing them to RP though? Not so much support here. Rather, I'd again recommend to giving all Command the RIG whitelist, and make a quota-esk thing for RIG Units. Maybe 1 a week at the minimum? Personally, Supervising a test is much less interesting than escorting it (Since you don't have to wait a second for an escort), though there is little real difference between the two.

Massive +Support to the rank hierarchy power increase and the gensec "who's your favorite command" thing.

+Support to SCMD suggestion, I'd love to see them do more

again +support to all the overall suggestions, excluding requiring utility to come. Add incentive for getting one to come along, but utility shouldn't be required

Overall +Support,

Love these ideas.

+/- . The hazmat class gives the trainers something to work to so there is a point for them other than just BIO-hazards. The command test quota  part will just make people do uncreative  test. Thinking of a test idea is hard enough forcing us to have a dead line will make it that much harder. Making it where E-11 can escort research will boast activity for both sides. Giving E-11 something to do on defcon 4 and 5. And making it where its that much easier to get a escort on research. I do see where you are going with the d class being left in a spot outside of d block but we still need ask them for escorts. And who will watch the d class in the drop box?  Being stricter? To deal with the people breaking rules yes but only for them. At the end of the day its still a video game.  I do agree with most things you said tho. Just my 2 cents brother
