(150 Word Minimum) Well, to bo honest I think that I could help. I find there is a long of minges and stupid stuff going around lately and its dumb. Now I'm not saying it's the staff's fault for not be there, I get it, its 70 people to maybe 4 staff members. But what I mean is a extra person wouldn't hurt. Another thing is I'm not new like other people, I've been playing police RP for around a year or so, and already experiences with staffing. As I play both this and MilRP, the reason I'm trying to staff on here is it needs it more, a LOT more then MilRP. I would also like to qualify me as trusted throughout the community, if you read my tags, they'll explain a lot. I also think I did good when I was staffing on MilRP. Another thing I could bring to the table for this is that I am in a lot of different departments, I mean throughout a lot of my time in Gaminglight I've learned a lot of new skills I never did before, like leadership, trust, and team work. Being that it is summer I have a lot of time to be on now. I also think that I dedicate a lot of my time into Gaminglight and the server, maybe 4-10 hours a day, with there being some days were I just cant get on. I can also bring that I wont be leaving this wonderful community anytime soon, that I will be staying here for awhile. With this I do believe I deserve or is ready for staffing on PoliceRP. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Step 1: Gag them and Mute then. Step 2: Make sure they are jailed or frozen so that cant run. Step 3: Get a higher staff member to help me decide to punish Step 4: Punish with a Warn, 600 second jail time, and if it gets bad enough and a higher staff member does it, a kick or a warn (T-mods can jail anyone for more then 300 seconds, and need other poeple to kick or ban) Possible punishments could also be given out for staff dissing.
