Why should you be research command, AKA what can you bring to the table that the rest of command can't? (100-word minimum); I'm on almost every day, for many hours per day. Lately, I've been trying to focus on playing RIG, as I play RIG to try to increase the research branch activity. My goal in command would be similar, to increase activity. With my knowledge of SCP lore and constant willingness to assist, I would try to help our low-ranking researchers be incredibly effective researchers and improve their ability as researchers through suggestions and supervised tests. I train when I can, and I test as often as I can, I escort as much as possible. I take research seriously, keeping minging, even in bunks, as limited as possible. What will you do to make research more active and better? (100 word minimum)(Tangible items like activity, expertise or the ability to run trainings, etc)?; I've been seeing absolutely terrible activity lately, and I'd hope to change that through a variety of methods. I wouldn't focus on making mass tests fun, I'd instead try to join tests and promote for good testing procedures. I'd also try my best to encourage MTF to escort low-ranking researchers through this method, as from what I can tell, MTF usually prefers not to escort JRs due to them generally being inexperienced or mingey. As expected, I'd of course host mass trainings and mass tests, but I don't believe they have enough effect on increasing activity. I constantly hear complaints about the lack of escorts or getting an escort taking too long, which really discourages inactivity.
