As I see it this really isn’t failRP. At most it should be a verbal warning and a clarification of the rules from SMT. Because of the split in the community on this topic, I believe we should leave this to SMT to decide whether stairs are considered open space or not. It is not apparent as to whether it is or isn't so this is more about 106 rules. I do not think Boozle should receive a warning for failrp and SMT should update the rules on whether it is acceptable for SCP-106 to go through stairs. Based on the evidence and testimony provided, this player will receive a formal warning for FailRP - TP'ing through open ground as 106. SCP 106, by MOTD and by lore, is able to phase through solid objects. He does this (in lore) by entering into a pocket dimension and then exiting the pocket dimension on the other side. Had these stairs been fully solid, rather than having significant open space between them, this would have been an acceptable use of 106's SWEP. On the second complaint of body blocking, the player in question TP'd up, which led to him running into you.
