What you want to see? -  a way to slow down 106

Why should we add it? -  make it so that way if 3+ flashlights are shined at him he must regular walk,due to the fact that in his file it states he hates light

What are the advantages of having this? - people will stop saying 106 is annoying and is way to fast,and to make it file friendly

Who is it mainly for? -  106 players so that they dont get yelled at for doing 106 things

in lore 106 isn't weakened by light but instead he escapes to the pd when exposed to sudden light so a -support from me since your nerfing an scp that is recontained using 1 class d.

-Support, 106 is already preposterously weak for a Keter, and this would just increase the amount of people complaining about 106 players.

106 already deals with enough from the MOTD rules, the easy re-containment process, the ease of avoidance, and the constant eyes that want to pick up the littlest of things. This would really just add more to that.

It is one of the hardest SCPs to play, and it would just make it worse of a SCP to play.
