(80 word minimum): The foundation should authorize my unit because I had extensive combat experience with being in what used to be A1 and most of my job was protecting very important personnel where with the RIG's they are about the same exact thing so I have had training in tactics and extensive combat experience. I am also a very loyal member to the research branch to where I watch other people conduct tests but if im a normal researcher and am just supervising I am not that much use if something catastrophic were to happen however, if I was a R.I.G unit then I could supervise and escort research personnel doing said tests.
