So we usually use ts to shout stuff out/communicate. If I am not mistaken every server has some sort of communications system, including adverts or comms. We are not adding more channels to the already large amount of channels we already have. General rule of thumb is that we don't RP in TS. So in real life how do you think police officer or army or any other unit communicate? With a radio. Do you think they have to pull out the radio to talk? They do.
