One yelling about shooting the dudes in game, the commander who does not control the situation which could have perfectly said "we're not shooting, shut up", and the other command member who continues to mow down everyone. Thomas The Thermonuclear Bomb Posted May 3, 2020 Share Posted May 3, 2020 +support Entire reason I considered it in the first place was because, from what I saw previous to the situation, was the Janitors getting "Captured" by a singular CI heavy with one being tied to the wall and the other not even hand cuffed while a Nu7 Enlisted engaged in the Heavy who was in an adjacent room with little to no regard to their current Situation and giving absolutely no resistance to their "Capturing." This was before I found them, alone, inside of the Armory Room. While killing them wasn't anywhere near necessary, and maybe a bit excessive, from what I saw and experienced it just looked like Janitors were just trying to get themselves "Captured" by CI for one reason or another. If there was at least a passive, half hearted showing of resistance to the Singular CI Heavy, who didn't even have both cuffed until AFTER he had killed an Nu7, then I would've actually attempted to recover them. Regardless of the situation, this shouldn't be our default solution to resolve encountering unauthorized foundation staff in a higher clearance area. If they were in fact allowing themselves to be captured by a single CI, it's failRP and a screenshot would be evidence enough to have them talked to by staff and/or their branch CMD. We're already trying to work on relations between MTF & Utility and incidents like these do not help that effort. -Support It seems like Fool did not intentionally cause this and may have accidentally set off this incident by lagging & shooting-- he may have been lagging too much to stop what was happening.
