SourAY
For people that have joined server for first time should have to accept a agreement to follow rules or administrative action may be taken. I've seen lots of people breaking rules here and there and I think this will make people read the rules and less failrp, rdm, ext will happen. It may make more people read rules fully and have less rule breaking on the server.

Players have the MOTD quite literally shoved into their face whenever they first join the server. 1 "Without morals, are we truly any better than the things we've set ourselves to contain?" The players make that choice themselves and they reap the punishment if they fail to follow them.

Rookieblue
The MOTD automatically displays every single time you log into the server. You have to make a conscious decision to close out the rules before playing. We literally can't do much more to force people to read the rules. Igneous
Denied. The SCP-RP SMT has decided against adding this suggestion for performance reasons, the benefit to the server, or another unstated reason.
